In order to conform to the trend of digital development and meet the needs of digital transformation and digital management of modern enterprises, on June 13, the Business School Enterprise Digital Alliance held the second summit forum on the theme of “Digital Determines the Future-How to Deepen Enterprise Digital” in UBI Education Center. Representatives from all walks of life gathered in UBI Center to discuss the digital management of communication enterprises.

The Business School Enterprise Digital Alliance is an organization initiated and joined by famous business school alumni in China. It provides a platform for enterprises behind business school alumni to communicate with each other and provide digital technical support and services. Sun Wei, president of UBI Belgian Business School Alumni Association, founder of the Business School Digital Alliance, and Xia Qun, dean of UBI Belgian Business School, delivered opening remarks respectively. On the basis of digitalization, they briefly explained the practical needs and values of enterprises’ digitalization transformation and put forward several suggestions on how to deepen digitalization of enterprises. This leads to the central topic of this forum.

This forum is hosted by Zhou Xiaoling, founder of Acloudear, CEIBS EMBA and UBIDA alumni. Zhang Xuxiang, senior director of SAP’s China Program Architecture Department, gave a speech on the theme of “Digital Transformation and Smart Enterprises”. Through the example of SAP assisting retail and manufacturing industries, the successful practice of enterprise digital transformation is proved. At the same time, he also introduced the application of new schemes such as S/4 HANA Cloud and C/4 HANA Cloud, which are suitable for digitalization of enterprises at present and in the future, leading to a new idea of SAP helping to build intelligent enterprises. When talking about how to deepen the digitalization of enterprises, he pointed out that the current enterprises should consolidate the foundation of digitalization with intelligent management, and promote the coordinated and in-depth development of enterprise digital economy from intelligent management and digitalization process.
