From October 21 to 23, 2025, the United VARs Global Excellence Summit was successfully held in the historic city of Budapest. Over 70 attendees, including United VARs members, SAP leadership, and solution partners, gathered to explore innovation, collaboration, and strategic development. The summit was hosted by United VARs member BCS Business Consulting Services and sponsored by AWS. As a shareholder member of United VARs, Acloudear was invited to attend this grand event.

Karl Fahrbach, Chief Partner Officer at SAP, stated: “Fifteen years ago, six SAP partners founded United VARs with a dedication to supporting international projects for mid-market customers. Today, it has grown into a global SAP Platinum Partner alliance with over 70 members.”
During the first two days of the summit, the various Centers of Excellence (CoE) held specialized meetings at the offices of BCS, the Hungarian member of United VARs. Discussions centered on hot topics such as SAP Business AI, Joule, Cloud ERP, Customer Experience, and Data-Driven Services. On the third day, all members gathered at the Radisson Hotel in Budapest to jointly formulate the collaborative and strategic blueprint for 2026.
United VARs currently has established seven Centers of Excellence, covering Business Technology Platform (BTP), Cloud ERP, Customer Success, Customer Experience (CX), Human Capital Management (HCM), Global Shared Services & Support (GSSS), and Marketing, continuously driving global innovation and collaboration:
1.BTP CoE: Focused on SAP Joule Studio and Agentic AI, exploring AI-driven customer application scenarios through hands-on practice. SAP experts Peter von Linstow and Cesare Calabria delivered specific insights on the latest updates for SAP BTP, Joule Studio, custom Joule skills, and Agentic AI.
2.Cloud ERP CoE:Focused on the evolution of S/4HANA Cloud, migration strategies, the Clean Core principle, and AI empowerment practices. SAP expert Alessandro Sabidussi highlighted strategic updates, key business data, and the development overview of Cloud ERP.

Ms. Tracy Zhou, CEO of Acloudear, and her team actively participated in the Customer Success panel discussions, sharing unique insights on the subject.
Tracy pointed out: “The essence of customer success lies in helping customers continuously derive business value. ‘Pleasing the customer’ is not merely about emotional satisfaction; it is about providing an end-to-end, sustainable value experience through close collaboration between SAP and partners. It is about bringing professional joy, a sense of gain, and achievement by helping customers realize business growth.”
Since its inception, Acloudear has adhered to the strategic positioning of being an “International Service Provider in the Cloud Era,” relying on SAP’s globalized cloud solutions to create higher business value for Chinese and international customers.

Mr. Wang Qi, Tankler, General Manager of Acloudear, participated fully in the Cloud ERP CoE discussions and summarized three major highlights of this summit:
1. A Powerful Global Network United VARs boasts over 70 top-tier SAP partners covering 100 countries and regions, gathering over 10,000 consultants and 2,500 developers, with an annual revenue of nearly $3 billion. Tankler stated: “United VARs always moves in lockstep with SAP’s cloud strategy. As a senior member in the China region, Acloudear’s public cloud business accounts for 70% of our total revenue, continuously injecting vitality and innovative momentum into the alliance.”
2. Methodology-Driven Professional Strength The Cloud ERP CoE jointly released the “International Project Delivery Manual.” This manual summarizes years of practical experience in cross-border projects, clarifying the RACI responsibility matrix and four major collaboration models, providing a standardized framework for global cooperation. “This allows us to ensure efficient, low-risk delivery of transnational projects, fully embodying the professional strength of United VARs,” Tankler noted. “While other partners might still be struggling with the complexities of cross-border coordination, we already possess a mature collaboration framework. This ensures efficient delivery and risk mitigation, which is our core soft power.”
3. AI Empowerment Leading the Future The CoE summit highlighted the practical applications of SAP Business AI in ERP, HCM, and CX—all of which are real-world cases already implemented and serving customers. Among them, Joule for Consultants is regarded as a revolutionary tool, helping consultants quickly answer SAP questions, explain code, and generate test cases, significantly improving project implementation efficiency and quality. Currently, Acloudear has promoted the internal use of Joule for Consultants and Joule for Developers and opened access to the entire team to continuously improve delivery success rates and efficiency.
Tankler stated: “Acloudear is a strategic partner in the SAP ecosystem that can ‘fight hard battles and understand trends.’ We are not just an implementer, but a vital force for SAP in developing key markets.” He further pointed out that Acloudear’s core competitiveness is reflected in three aspects:
1. Tackling Key Projects: Creating end-to-end digital solutions for major national engineering projects in China to support complex R&D and manufacturing processes.
2. Leading Chinese Enterprises Global: Facilitating the successful global landing of projects for exemplary Chinese enterprises going overseas, demonstrating the strength of “Chinese Team, Global Delivery.”
3. Innovation Driving Value: Deploying SAP Datasphere for a high-tech semiconductor material enterprise, shortening report preparation time from 3 days to 10 seconds.

On the third day at the joint meeting, members from various Centers of Excellence shared results and built consensus, jointly planning the development direction for 2026 and beyond. Highlights included:
· United VARs latest strategic updates and introduction of new members;
· Case studies on AWS Generative AI integration and SAP Business AI;
· Strategic release of SAP Datasphere;
· The International Project Manual and the next generation of GSSS collaboration schemes.
The meeting utilized a World Café interactive format, encouraging members to share industry insights, explore opportunities in niche sectors, and formulate collaborative strategies to accelerate value creation in the global SAP ecosystem.
During the summit, the Acloudear team interviewed several experts from SAP and United VARs to gain a deeper understanding of AI innovation trends and alliance collaboration models. Acloudear firmly believes that as technology evolves and market demands upgrade, close cooperation between alliance members will continuously release collaborative value where “1+1>2.”
